A Wonderful Experience at Sapphire From the moment we arrived at Sapphire for our three-hour cruise, we were greeted with great kindness and excellent service. We hosted a corporate event aboard the Sapphire Princess last night and all was a fantastic success. Our guests loved every minute! The boat is beautiful, food and drinks fabulous and the crew was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they could not do enough to accommodate our every request and always with smile!! A good time was had by all. We’ll be back next year as we are making this an annual event aboard the Princess. I can highly recommend the Sapphire Cruise team. They are a pleasure to work with.
My family had booked this particular charter fory wedding reception. I will say that hands down...the best crew and the best experience when it comes to planning the reception for my wife and I. We even had requested for a non-alcoholic bar and Ray, our bartender delivered! Thank you too Cindy who was so helpful in everything!
We recently hosted our first event aboard the Sapphire Princess, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was great, the DJ, photobooth, and setup were all superb, and our guests had an amazing time. We especially appreciate the team for working with us throughout the planning process and helping us find solutions when unexpected challenges came up. Cindy was a joy to work with—extremely accommodating, attentive, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The food was fantastic, the DJ kept the energy high, and everyone had an amazing time. Even a week later, people are still talking about it!
