Horrible management - 4 years. Apartment above me leaked and ruined my bathroom. Took them 3 months to fix it and they DID NOT clean up the mess in between at any time. Could not use a bathroom and they only gave $137 deductible from rent for me cleaning up their mess and not having a bathroom in my apartment for 3 months. Would not recommend anyone moving here for the price.
Posting on behalf of a resident who wishes to stay anonymous. While Sapphire Apartments has some appealing features, recent management decisions and ongoing issues have been disappointing. One major concern is the removal of the outdoor furniture with no plans for replacement. Management cited that the previous set was broken—fair enough, however, it was there for years —but now residents are left with minimal seating options, limited to a few benches around the fire pit(that isn’t even working currently). DW Jones Management is absolutely terrible.
Nice and clean place to live, I have been a resident since 2021. Prior to Kirsten, the turnover of office management was high and the communication was horrible in regard to inspections, towing due to weather, parking, etc. Thanks to Kirsten, things have improved. Overall, very nice place in a safe and quiet area with great amenities.
