Dear reader. I have been going to Sapphire for 10 years. I have had liposuction, Nova threads, Morpheus 8 skin tightening. Through the times of my aging, weight gain and then weight loss the team at sapphire has been inspirational, encouraging and very kind. I look good and feel great. I am from out of state. I have family in Minnesota and so I decided to have my procedure, liposuction here. I met with Dr Smith. She spent a lot of time with me, which made me feel really at ease. She discussed with me my goals and reviewed that healing is a gradual process. She made sure that I understood the post procedure care. Her staff is great! The facility is very pleasing to the eye. I went to Sapphire for lipo and bodytite on 9/11/2025. Immediately after returning home, I noted that my 5 incisions were huge compared to what I was told they would look like. I know that Dr. Smith realized this as well as she mentioned to the nurse I would need scar tape. At 10 days I sent in photos of my incisions and voiced my concerns they had not closed or healed at all. I was told I needed to do another round of antibiotics, which I did. I’ve had services performed here for 10 years and every tech has been amazing. Dr. Smith really connects with the customers and listens to their individual needs. Front desk and nurses are always kind and amazing!
