Through the times of my aging, weight gain and then weight loss the team at sapphire has been inspirational, encouraging and very kind. I look good and feel great. I am from out of state. I have family in Minnesota and so I decided to have my procedure, liposuction here. I met with Dr Smith. She spent a lot of time with me, which made me feel really at ease. I went to Sapphire for lipo and bodytite on 9/11/2025. Immediately after returning home, I noted that my 5 incisions were huge compared to what I was told they would look like. I know that Dr. Smith realized this as well as she mentioned to the nurse I would need scar tape. At 10 days I sent in photos of my incisions and voiced my concerns they had not closed or healed at all. I was told I needed to do another round of antibiotics, which I did.
