The clinic itself is fine and doctors have always been so lovely and welcoming to us, but the receptionist had poor telephone etiquette and did not seem to want to really listen to our concerns. Believe her name was Shunice? Please train someone with more empathy 🤍

Disappointing experience overall. The clinic feels more focused on quick visits and billing than meaningful patient care. There’s little consideration for patient convenience or genuine care — it often feels driven more by revenue than by what’s best for patients.
Super rude receptionist.
Today, my daughter and I had our new patient appointments with Dr. C(Chattopadhyay) and I cannot express enough just how wonderful she is!! She was so sweet and friendly with my kiddo first of all and patiently answered all her questions and listened to her stories! Then when it was my turn she actually listened to everything I had to say about how I was feeling with my overall health and recommended the best options for me!
