I scheduled an appointment with this workshop, but they didn’t even put me on the queue. They promised to take me yesterday for today, but in the end they just ignored me. I wasted my time expecting proper service and only got empty promises. Very irresponsible attitude toward customers — I do not recommend this place! I came to them from 200 miles away. I didn't deliver the load. Now think that their promise is worth it
As far as a truck stop goes it's clean but minimal parking spots at almost all locations we've been at. Not our first stop at this location, but also not our first bad experience with Sapp Bros. Parking for large vehicles is slim. We were driving a pickup with a camper and were absolutely exhausted and looking for a spot to sleep for about 5 hours.
