Cannot stress enough how bad this company is. Canceled contract after having nothing but issues. They still came and filled a different companies tank. Lack of communication lack of professionalism lack of anything that makes a proper business function. If I could give 0 stars I would. Take your money elsewhere
I am extremely disappointed with Sapp Bros. Propane. Their customer service is terrible, and communication is practically non-existent. We enrolled in their budget billing program which was supposed to lock in a price, but not a single bill reflected this locked-in price. Every time we called, no one had any idea what we were talking about and we ever over charged every single time. Recently, we smelled propane in and around our house and called for assistance. When we ran out of gas, they were at our place within an hour. They are very polite and professional. Highly recommend them for your propane needs
