Happy you are open but the 2 hour wait because your hostess says you are overwhelmed is not worth the wait. The take website didn’t work either. I recommend anyone that wants to eat here prepare at least two hours in advance if their anticipated hunger or planned meal time. Hopefully they will get it together soon. Would like to give them business.
Appalling customer service. Ordered pickup for 6pm and it was supposed to be touchless/curbside. Had to park a block away and wait inside in a room full of people so acceptable social distancing wasn’t possible. It was busy, so I didn’t have a problem waiting but at 6:20 they said they were working on my order. 6:30 the manager calls me and says the system cancelled my order and they will deliver it to me if I live close by. I live up street and this place has been on the list. When I heard they were re-opening today for carryout and delivery, I figured I'd try it. Yes, the ordering system went haywire on them tonight and delayed things but it was worth the wait. The Deluxe for 2 was worth it. It’s more like a deluxe for 4. The food is very good and the portions are generous. A+ on the lasagna and tiramisu.
I am so impressed with Sapori Trattoria’s coronavirus response. We ordered takeout yesterday and when we picked up the food, everyone inside was clearly observing social distancing, wearing masks, and our foods were in bins with our name labeled so we didn’t have to come in contact with anyone. Our entire transaction was done over the phone so no in-person credit card exchange. 10/10 stars for feeling safe in ordering takeout from here!!!
Good value and quality take out; good bottles of wine at fair prices.
