I bought my first NUC from them this spring. I told them when I picked them up that I was a novice. When I asked for guidance they sold me a hive and frames and offered almost NO advice. I was left to figure it out on my own. They do have supplies there, including Varroxsan. Not sure if they offer classes/training. I understand businesses can get busy, but when you pre-order and drive 80 miles round trip, you expect some semblance of customer appreciation and service.
