I was a new patient who is switching dentist as soon as possible-Was impressed with my hygienist, however. Be sure you ask if you’re a new patient if any x-rays or procedures are necessary. My prior dentist was a small office and not capable of electronically sending history. This fact was made clear on my Initial appointment.Was very unimpressed by the response via email from the billing department instead of extending me the courtesy of calling me back. did not feel valued as a patient. Felt more like a source of revenue.

Anna and Dr. Swisher are the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, encouraging. The staff is welcoming. They seem to have hit the perfect balance of being able to see a lot of patients in one day without losing the personal touch.

Most of us don’t look forward to dental visits, but Dr. Brad Swisher and his hygienist wife, Melanie, are quite the team. My visits are always prompt, thorough and congenial with all my concerns being addressed. Once I was even provided a warm blanket on a particularly cold day!

I had a cracked tooth right before Christmas. The office did their best to get me in as soon as possible to have it fixed. Dr. Sapon is gentle, takes his time, explains what he is doing as he does it, and only does what is necessary. Highly recommend Dr. Sapon and team for your dental needs.
