Dr Rasania is a good rheumatologist, however dealing with scheduling is awful. Answering service can only do basic things, so you have to wait for Ma to reschedule you, and then they pressure you to keep the appt, even though you keep telling them you can’t. Tried to call to tell them I can’t make it, and they kept the appt, so I went into the office to reschedule. Got an appt card with a new date. Good doctor. HORRIBLE office staff. Can’t get past “Alyssa” who has hung up three times on me. Been trying three days to contact my doctor. Left Dr Pradahn in the same office for her staff now it will be Dr Rasania. I hope these doctors realize they are losing patients because of incompetent and rude staff.
Very unprofessional, rude & ugly attitude receptionist. Waited MONTHS for an appointment, got there FIVE minutes late and she refused any service. She was chatting with another person while I waited. You need a new receptionist!!
I've been with Dr Rasania since 2020 she has been the best Rheumatologist am I so blessed to have her. In her care I've been abel to be pain free. She listened to my health needs and has shown me to truly cares about my health. Now and days is hard to find a Dr that really cares about their patients. Dr Rasania Thank you for everything you've done for me as well your medical team.
