Words can not express how awesome this facility is. From the moment you arrive they make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Thomas was awesome, he went into great details and explained everything. I had a great experience.
Cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff! I had my first colonoscopy today at age 29, and I was definitely nervous. Everyone made me feel at ease, and made me feel well taken care of. Joann at check in greeted me with a smile, and thanked my husband for his military service after handing me back my insurance card. Dianna, the nurse who took me back and got me prepped for the procedure, was beyond friendly, and made jokes with me to ease the anxiousness. Hello my name is Stanley H. I went in for my Colonoscopy and I have to say this, the prep for the Colonoscopy was very tough, however Dr Adam Coe, The Anethstesioligist, and the several nurses were the most professional Dr's and Nurses they were so good with me that I woke up feeling just fine, I just have to say Thank you all so much, everyone of you are my Heroes....Stanley H. Retired U.S. Army. Thank you all once again.....They are all so compassionate with what they do, you all are truly professional........
