RecommendedI was at Saphire Estates this past weekend to set up the dessert table for a wedding. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating to me so I could set the cake and cupcakes up the way the Bride and Groom requested from us. The room itself was beautiful but I really appreciated how I was treated. It's not always the case when an outside vendor brings in the desserts for the guests. Thank you for your kindness! One bartender at one bar, two at the other- 300 people at event- complete mess. Salad plates not cleared- dinner served wherever they could find room , here there anywhere on table. Waitress pouring water over pours and keeps going- soaks table , says oops sorry and walks away. Staff rude. Poor bartender who was all alone. She handled it gracefully and did the best she could.
