I love everyone in the office, was recommended to go thanks to a family member. I had to get braces on and they are more affordable then my dentist office gave me numbers for. I think the only part I didn't care much for was the placing on braces themselves. I'm not sure the name of who did them but while he wasn't mean he didn't seem too friendly either, and was stern. Maybe he was having a bad day but next time I'd rather someone else tend to me.

I was not told I would be in braces 3+ years until AFTER they were placed. When I asked why a back tooth needed to be up-righted or what my plan was I was only told "to straighten your teeth." My second tech was cruel to me - when I winced from pain, she angrily said "do you want another tech?" Another twisted the wire so tight that my teeth became loose and I was placed in a "holding wire" to cause no further movement, until I could see a periodontist.
