I just don’t know where to begin! First, we stopped just to look and Larry Sapaugh greeted us. He was so nice and friendly, I feel like we made a new best friend. He got us a very capable sales member, Rick Gerber. He was also very helpful. The epitome of cut throat salesman and dishonest practices. Teams do not communicate. Sales has no idea what's in the shop, the shop doesn't know who the managers are. Hopefully you're not there to provide any service or support. Because whomever schedules you, will not tell a single other person that you're supposed to be there. No one cares. They just want to rip you off. Always be weary of dealerships that have cute young receptionists. They're distracting you from the lack of professionalism.
When our newly purchased used car had as issue our sales person was quick to get the vehicle to their service area and also provided us with a super nice loner car
