Horrible experience. The software did not work as promised and after cancelling they continued to try and charge us again and again. Avoid these guys.
We recently signed up with Concur and decided to cancel our corporate credit cards. I told Concur that we’d like to just buyout our remaining contract at our monthly rate. Concur got nasty and stated they won’t allow buyouts and we have to pay monthly until end of contract. Another corporation caring more about the bottom line than solutions for customers. You’d be better off tracking expenses on a pad of paper.

Sadly I will never suggest this company to anyone. Since finding out that concur is trying to disrupt the lawful American citizens by having ICE use this service. Shameful
