Dr. Orlando Mieles is an amazing doctor. He is caring, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and spends sufficient time during office visits to discuss my medical history, lab results, prescriptions,.. etc. I was previously with ClareMedica for almost 29 years before I discovered the Santurce Medical Center and their wonderful staff. Going to Santurce Medical Medical is an absolute joy. From the greetings and welcoming voices of Ms. Paula at the Front Desk and Ms. Julia the Office Manager to Dr. Orlando Mieles with his attentive listening, medical diagnosis and his best treatment for his clients based upon his years as a physician and best practices. p.s. If you ever feel that you have been ignored or mistreated, come in with a pleasant smile even if you're not feeling well. It can go a long way to recovering from a crisis. Blessings to ALL!
I would like to share my experience with whomever may come across this review. the office of DR. Orlando Mieles, and his team of knowledeable assistance are extremely people friendly. their smiling faces seem to say hey I remember you come on in and that was on my first visit now I am locked in with this office until they go out of business. I am a lost of words for the Doctor over this most efficient office. All I can say is I will never leave him.
