We needed a new sump pump put in. Santucci Plumbing quoted me a price and did the work on time and on budget. Then recently we had a bunch of water on our basement floor. Santucci came that same day, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it by installing a new water heater, again quoting a reasonable price, and honoring it. Because of our positive experiences over many years with Santucci, we asked them to quote us a price to replace a leaky faucet and some iron piping in the basement.
