Great atmosphere! They are so personable and very kind! Dr. Bateman did a great job at explaining things and helping us see what we needed. Easy to work with and very sweet!
I left my consultation with Dr. Santucci feeling so excited and confident in my treatment plan! Ange and Veronica made the entire appointment feel enjoyable, personal, and welcoming. I have no doubt that I’ll receive excellent, comprehensive care from this team!
Started with Dr. Meschke as a kid, and ever since Santucci took over it's been far worse. Continually said that the next appointment would be the last, but had to stay for nearly a year and a half extra. When something broke after only 3 months, had to pay $50 and get a new retainer that they are also charging for. Would not recommend, but sad to say that this seems to be the average service you can expect in this country nowadays. Edit: They have since refunded the $50 after seeing this review.
