Started with Dr. Meschke as a kid, and ever since Santucci took over it's been far worse. Continually said that the next appointment would be the last, but had to stay for nearly a year and a half extra. When something broke after only 3 months, had to pay $50 and get a new retainer that they are also charging for. Would not recommend, but sad to say that this seems to be the average service you can expect in this country nowadays. Edit: They have since refunded the $50 after seeing this review.
