Dr. Santos is a good doctor, however his secretarys are LAZY! I dropped off information needed for 2 referrals to see Neurosurgeons for my broken neck that needs surgery in a week and a half. I did all the work for them, the names, addresses, NPI #, ect. all they needed to do was send a fax to my insurance company with clinical results along with it. They did not do it! After countless attempts to get a hold of them (the least they could do is answer the phones, like I said before LAZY!) I had to wait the weekend to speak wi... read more

i was on the suboxone program and because i was having insurance issues, he dropped me without weaning me off...nice Dr. NOT! i have never felt like such a loser. I had insurance for almost a year and then my husband lost his job..i am waiting to hear from MA Health and because i couldn't afford his outrages charges he dropped me without a warning and didn't wean me off the medicine..unethical.
