I live near this very bad kept property and work from home full‑time. The garage gate is extremely loud, loud enough that it’s uncomfortable to walk past it and imagine hearing this loud noise 200+ times a day? Don't you guys cant even afford some cheap grease to fix this gate? It’s very frustrating to live near this, and based on the reviews, it seems residents feel the same. Please address the gate issue as soon as possible.
I lived here for about a year. I rented a studio from them. Every single day there was either a homeless person or drug addict in the garage. They practically lived with us. One day I was attacked by a homeless person who ran at me while I was trying to throw my garbage away. I emailed the management and they said sorry, but there’s nothing we can do. The only way I can describe the manager is a crooked hitler, I moved out recently and they tried to charge me illegal fees using fraudulent receipts regarding my security deposit! Don't back down from there tactics, she and owner try to keep as much of your security deposit as possible, find out you right as tenants on Ca.Gov consumer affairs, take them to small claims court...don't back down, I got all my security deposit back....they will lawyer up but I didn't back down!
Property Manager is Rude AF! Gets in your face and gets loud for no damn reason!
