Really thought with new management things would change. You put in a service request, they respond, but nobody ever shows up. Water was literally dripping from the ceiling where there's been an obvious patch job before. I guarantee if you bust open any of the ceilings in these complexes they're probably filled with mold. I don't think they actually fix things around here, just slap some paint on it and hide it from you. Set up a tour with them and look above the kitchen island, every complex has the same patch job.
The apartments are nice, but its in "college town". Dont expect a peaceful, quiet neighborhood
New landords r good and organized and understanding. Old ones left the place a literal slum and theres loads of repair to be made
The apartments are okay, but rents cheap
Break ins are high during winter and spring break when most students are gone and the lot is empty. Check your basement lock AND barricade it! Invest in a hidden motion detection camera that sends pictures and live feed to the cloud, they're cheap now. Police won't help you if burglarized, only you can help yourself. Almost every neighbor here has had their bike locks cut, keep them inside. Maintenance is slow. The new leasing management is great.. well Sara is great, Donna will just straight up lie to you.
