Great clinic
siento que mi experiencia con ese doctor ha sido horrible me hizo unos analices el cual algo salió mal y ni siquiera tomo tiempo para decírmelo luego regresé en un mes para que hiciera de nuevo el examen y resulta que ni se acordaba ni escucha está atendiendo a tantos pacientes que no les da el debido respeto que las personas se merecen te sacan del lugar sin decirte nada solo hacen las citas para robar la aseguranza por qué no atienden a las personas bien
Very rude Doctor Pacheco and staff. The way the phone is being answered when calling for a refill is very unprofessional. I understand if you’re busy or on the other line, I don’t mind holding but to treat patients or other healthcare workers like they are bothering you is unacceptable. Very rude!
This short man has no time for any of his patients. He is dissmissive and unwilling to give referrals. I simply asked him to fill out a form and he refused to even read the form and he walked out of the room in less than a minute. I explained to him what the form was and he said that he didn't understand and referred me to another family doctor.
