La peor experiencia vivida en esta clínica estuve esperando más de dos horas porque el doctor llegara y todos los pacientes citados desde la 1:00 pm y las recepcionistas riéndose porque uno de los pacientes estaba explicado que necesitaba ver al doctor y tenía la presión alta, lo considero una falta de respeto y una falta de ética a sus pacientes. Le daría 0 estrellas si fuera posible.

Have been to the Miramar office for sleep studies twice. Have not seen the sleep lab in the Miami Beach location. Upon the second time I found the place to be much nicer and cleaner - and the staff (the night and morning attendants - I don’t recall there names) were polite and friendly. The person who is in charge of getting the medication and insurance approvals (Sandra — is very helpful and friendly, thanks) - It is easy enough to schedule an appointment with Dr. Santos as he usually has tele visita available for follow up... read more
La atención que me brindó el hombre joven en la recepción me pareció descortés. El consultorio donde me atendieron tenía mal aspecto. Había solo dos sillas, una donde se sentó el médico y otra para el paciente. Para la segunda cita donde me iban a facilitar un equipo médico para evaluación, el equipo no estaba disponible. Descorteses, mal aspecto y desorganización. Es demasiado. Buscaré otro especialista.
