an body shop has little to gain or lose from a right to repair law regarding maintenance information or repair histories. Is it considered professional now to sell out the rest of your industry? they may do fine body work. but their willingness to take money from the giant corporations to sell out small repair shops means I would never every trust them with my car.
Spreading false information in return for money. I hope this bad judgement call haunts your business forever.

completely false and misleading information also scare tatics.i would never recommend this shop.....its as simple as signing up for the chrysler secure gateway on snap-on for $50.00 a year per shop and unlimited shop tools...maybe you should up -grade to a wireless zues scan tool.hopefully what customers that you have left will never return. ABSOLUTELY YES ON 1...................
