Absolutely outstanding service from Santos Air Conditioning! We had an emergency with our AC overflowing water, and Santos came to our house incredibly fast—much quicker than we expected. He was efficient, professional, and solved the problem before it could get any worse. We are so grateful for his quick response and expertise. Replaced my entire AC system in one morning. Fair prices and good work.
Santos AC quoted me $2400.00 3 years ago to install a Carrier Mini split system. 2 workers showed up with a mini split named GREE. I told them it was supposed to be a Carrier. They told me it was a subsidiary of Carrier which I later found out to be a LIE!!!! Santos said it was a good unit with 10 year warranty. I let them install it and wrote a check. 2 days later it was not working. The flare fittings leaked out all of the coolant.
