I cannot say enough positive things about Santoro Homes. They custom built our home in 2007. The home is well constructed and we’ve had no major issues at all. They recently did some remodeling in the home and the work was spectacular. We were so impressed with the daily communication and the fact that Sean and/or Collin came to check on any work that had been done daily to make sure everything was correct. Great attention to detail/communication and fantastic work.
We contracted with Santoro Homes in 2022 to build our dream home in Alpharetta, GA . With their years of building experience, outstanding subcontractors and project managers they guided us through all phases of the building process and made it a very enjoyable experience. To say building a home with Sean Santoro was an absolute pleasure is an understatement. Based on previous homebuilding experiences, this one was trouble-free, on-budget and on-time and FUN! We are in our home 8 months now and regardless of whatever SMALL issue we might have had, Sean had it rectified within 24 hours. If we were to ever leave this home and stayed in the area, I would NOT hesitate to have Santoro Signature Homes as my builder. Can NOT recommend this company strongly enough.
Santoro Custom Homes is a top notch home builder. Their attention to detail and quality construction is a step above . I love the home they built for us and I would do it all over again. They were great to work with and truly cared about meeting our expectations . I highly recommend them, to build your home.
Sean turned our dream garage into reality for us. We wanted an extension to our existing garage with a large vaulted ceiling to accommodate a hydraulic car lift. The exterior matches our home and blends in seamlessly, and the attention to detail and build quality is top notch. When hiccups happened with vendors, Sean addressed issues with professionalism and efficiency. We are so pleased with the finished product and highly recommended working with Santoro Homes!
