It started to be a good experience but the doctor got sick and they had to cancel my emergency extraction the day before. I understand these things happen and tried all day to find a replacement. I was able to find one but this office never sent some forms to insurance that they agreed to send weeks prior. When asked to send them over they said that since I won't be getting the work done there then they won't put any extra effort in helping getting the forms sent. I had three wisdom teeth taken out and felt very little during the process and no pain afterwards, with very few painkillers. He was great.
Today was my second visit to this beautiful office located in Brooklyn Heights. The staff is welcoming and the decor of the office is really nice. The receptionist at the front desk greeted me with a smile, as I opened the door and walked in. The wait today was a bit long and I figured that he may just have been running behind, but that didn't bother me. Shortly after, I was greeted by Dr. Santomauro the oral surgeon. Review is for the entire place, not this particular Dr. Absolutely do not recommend this place, I had a different surgeon and he was the absolute most unprofessional and rude person. Do not recommend this place at all.
