Refuse to deliver pizza because I wouldn't give my credit card number to them over the phone. And they won't take checks only cash or credit card. I'm disabled and unable to drive and I explained I'm disabled the manager said he didn't care and wouldn't give me pizza unless I gave him my credit card over the phone even tho I said I would let the pizza driver swipe my credit card in front of me. I’ve been looking for this place - you know the one with the best pizza, customer service. Best pizza in Ventura.
I had the best calzone I have had in about 15 years. It’s a two item calzone lunch special with a small salad. I chose mushroom and sausage. I received the most delicious calzone. It had a crisp exterior, only natural juice from the mushrooms and easy sauce. I was able to enjoy all the flavors with out the overwhelming marinara sauce or grease dripping out. . I received marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Wow! Amazing! I eat at lots of restaurants and I give this calzone a 5 ⭐️
Went there for a bite of lunch and cocktail after bowling. Food very good. Ordered 2 Captain Morgan and cokes. The bartender had keys but not to liquor. Had no idea when keys would get there. We settled on something else. She was very apologetic. We will go back.
We were there for soccer games from Orange County. It was last minute decision. We got there and we didn’t j is the exact count. We loved tables like three times as more parents and boys kept coming in. The waiters were very help And understanding. Very goid Service. I gave it a 4 because some of the food came a lil late but I think that they were short in the kitchen for such a big party. Recommend it.
Great customer service very clean restaurant clean restrooms the place was packed and the service was superb our waitress could tell our.order was taking a few minutes longer than expected and she kept checking and very apologetic we told her no big deal it was after the football games had the meat lovers special delicious had a salad bar and a sub delicious
I haven't been back in a long time as always great food and environment
Love santinos since I was a child.....had many team parties there as a child and now my children r having theirs here....great staff!!!!
