Signed up with them a few years ago when I bought my house. Opted for a service plan and automatic delivery. They always bring fuel with a worry by me. We then had a backfire of the furnace and had to call late at night. The service man was there in less then a half hour if that. Cleaned and checked everything to make sure my family was safe. They have impeccable service time and even more astronomical prices! The service guy showed up to my house for 20 min made a personal phone call And was charged $140.00. If you want to pay that then Santilli Oil company is for you....... not me.
