I wish I could give more stars. The staff is organized and on top of things. Dr. Wagner has been hands down the best doctor I've seen in years. I felt heard, I felt compassion, her bedside manners are impeccable. She never corrected me when explaining what I was feeling, she treated treating the pain like a cake walk, when I had to beg others to help me. This clinic and every single person in it is worth more than gold!! I read the negative reviews and they really don't make sense at all.

I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and I have been seeing Taylor Brown, NP, for my care. She is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough as a provider. During routine testing, Taylor ordered additional labs that came back abnormal, and because she was so attentive and proactive, she was able to catch my preeclampsia early in my pregnancy. I had all my prenatal care done here in 2023 and gave birth to my son at Santiam hospital. Dr. Renard and the midwife Teresa were amazing. I came back for my recent pregnancy with my daughter and discovered that Dr. Renard and Teresa were no longer at the clinic but I continued my care with Taylor B and Jennifer Fields and I’m so glad they are at this clinic now! I could not have had a better experience than I did with this clinic and hospital. Every single person I encountered was genuine and caring. I feel the staff truly goes above and beyond the level of expected care. Thanks to everyone here!!

Scheduling is a nightmare, the phone appointment that has to happen before the original appointment. Is mandatory, but then they'll schedule you and send you away upon arrival. Without that knowledge of it being mandatory for first appointment to happen.. didnt do the appointment that is mandatory while I was there; just told me I can't be seen today. Four months pregnant still have yet to see a doctor.. ridiculous customer service and care.
