I could not have had a better experience than I did with this clinic and hospital. Every single person I encountered was genuine and caring. I feel the staff truly goes above and beyond the level of expected care. Thanks to everyone here!!
Scheduling is a nightmare, the phone appointment that has to happen before the original appointment. Is mandatory, but then they'll schedule you and send you away upon arrival. Without that knowledge of it being mandatory for first appointment to happen.. didnt do the appointment that is mandatory while I was there; just told me I can't be seen today. Four months pregnant still have yet to see a doctor.. ridiculous customer service and care.
The Santiam Women’s clinic has the best team of ladies. 10/10 recommend for OB GYN care. Dr Wagner is amazing & so personable. The birth center at Santiam is amazing as well.
Why is there a Man working as a receptionist??? This is a women’s clinic. He’s asking creepy question!!! And it is insulting to have a man trying to identify as a women working in a place for women. Disgusting and disappointing!!
