After an eye exam and written prescription, I got some glasses. The prescription written was very wrong. I called Santiam Vision source to try to get answers. No one answered and no one ever returned my calls. After I gave up on them ever returning my calls, I got a new eye exam at Costco. My new prescription was great, but very different from Santiam Vision. Don’t use this place. It’s terrible
I have been going to Dr Storey since I was pregnant with my son (he's 32 now). There has been a change in the reception staff. The original lady was golden. I've only been once with the new person, and she seemed professional enough. The eye tech and frame tech are always very helpful and friendly. Dr. Storey is fantastic; always very thorough, patient, and funny. Will continue seeing him until he retires.
