My tow truck driver was Matthew he was exceptionally well walked us through every step of the process was fast efficient and friendly and the part I love the most is he was very good with my autistic child highly recommend this company highly recommend this employee this man works hard and needs a pay raise good job AE collision and towing..... Would definitely go through you guys again.
Our camper van's engine quit working on a forest service road off of Highway 22. We called Santiam Towing & Recovery. The long tow to our home required two legs. Both drivers were excellent: skilled, efficient, kind - and good conversationalists! We couldn't have been happier or more relieved at how they made a distressing event effortlessly solved. I was stranded by my car because of overheating, and santiam towing just was so professional and friendly and checking in with me constantly to make sure I knew exactly when they would be there and I was very pleased with the care they took with myself and my car. Would for sure recommend to anybody in a similar situation.
I blew two tires on a narrow, inclined gravel backcountry road and they found my car from the coordinates, picked her up in the pitch dark, and towed her all the way from Marion Forks to Eugene in the middle of the night for me while I got to get a ride home. Seriously I am sooooooo grateful—it was not an easy job
My transmission blew out on hwy 22 outside of Stayton. I got in touch with Santiam towing and they quickly dispatched a great tow driver under the name of Tim. After a rough morning and my transmission going out at the same time, Tim was able to get us to a nearby dealership safe and quickly. Tim made our day better just for having him picking us up. Thank you, Tim. You guys are professionally awesome!!!
