Santiam Heating competently repaired a complete disaster caused by a different HVAC contractor. I am so thankful to have found them. The office staff and the tech that came to our house multiple times have been proficient, transparent, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I have had them work on my HVAC system they’ve been great. However, I requested them to come out to give me an estimate on a gas line to my kitchen stove. I made an appointment for an estimate no one showed so I had to call. Mike had forgot the appointment and came out 4 hours late. He indicated to us that he lost money on the last job and he would estimate us higher more to make up the difference. He verbally quoted us around $1,500 for the job. A week and a half later we received the actual estimate of $2,400. Of course I ... read more
