Santiago's is one of those Colorado Mexican food staples. Although their recipes have changed since my childhood it's still one of my go-to Mexican spots. Family favorites are the Indian taco, crispy chili rellenos and of course the burritos, both the breakfast and dinner kind! The guacamole is really good to! We get the extra hot chili for a dollar more and it's perfect.
Grab & Go Breakfast Burritos anyone? A popular breakfast spot. Skip the other fast food places, especially for breakfast. A very busy drive thru. Everyone comes here for their hearty burritos. I always eat breakfast on the run. I used to go to the McDonald's drive thru around the corner for breakfast. Their burritos are disgusting, and they are so small, they fit in the palm of my hand.
