The waitress tonight 5/01/2026 was so rude didn't alcohols acknowledge is into it went up to the Togo order bar. Then while we are eating comes and reaches over and takes our salsa to give to another table and we weren't even finished eating and had chips. I grew up in old town have come here for so long. I'm 38 and this was some of the worst service I've ever had anywhere.
Sat on hold to order take out 3X for 15 minutes before they’d hang up on me. Finally went in to pick up, another 20 minutes. Burrito was cold, mostly dried over cooked potatoes with no meat in sight. They should’ve paid me to waste an hour of my day to eat their garbage. Go to Ralbertos or Garcias down the block. Save your time and $!
Always good that's why I go there often. The higher price is only because I eat a lot.
Staff has fallen off since this new lady came in, used to come here once a week, now, I just avoid it. Lady took our order, then left, without saying anything to the new shift!! There ya go!!
