I really wish I could give Santiago’s a better review because the food is great. I’ve been eating their breakfast burritos for years, and they’ve consistently been some of my favorites. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is a completely different story. There seems to be a culture here where the employees simply don’t care about the customers or the experience they’re providing. Their service has gotten MUCH better recently and staff us pleasant to customers. They were never real bad, just unfriendly and all business but their burritos were cheap and descent. Unfortunately, the breakfast burritos are now thinner and the tortillas are cold. This is based on the last 3-4 times I have ordered them. I no longer consider them for breakfast burritos. The rest of their menu might be good, I haven't tried it though.
The food took 30 minutes and the restaurant wasn’t full. It was slower than other Santiago’s I’ve been to. The atmosphere could have been better with better music and some twinkly lights.
