The first was that all of the food had to be fresh, as a child I disliked leftovers. Second, was a mentality of "We only have one chance". When a customer enters the restaurant, He or She is greeted with a friendly face, the food is fresh, good, and made with care. I stopped in this week and the manager, along with two other employees at the register, were in the middle of a discussion. I waited for about 2–3 minutes without so much as a greeting or a “we’ll be right with you.” I eventually left and grabbed food elsewhere. The food here is usually very good, and most of the time the service is great, but whenever the manager is around, things seem to get dramatic and slow to a crawl. Train the team to set expectations. Simple stuff that will keep your customers happy.

This & all of Santiagos are privately fily owned Restaurants. They have the best QUALITY, non greasy, locally PRIVATELY SOURCED meats & the green chili, mild, medium or hot, no other Mexican restaurant in Colorado can hold a candle to.
