The staff were super friendly, and the food was excellent. Tough to find better green chili than at Santiago's! Plus the prices are quite affordable.
Excellent food with reliably consistent quality across MANY locations. You can always count on great quality that is exactly the same regardless of which one you visit. I no longer live in the Front Range, so I rarely pass one up when I am in town. Yes, I am currently sitting in my third for the day!
The breakfast burritos are delish and well priced. Best spot in town for fresh bfast burritos with a friendly staff.
Great local Mexican food. All of us had huevos rancheros... Great breakfast food smothered in Colorado style green chilli sauce. Go half and half if you want yours a little less spicy (half spicy half mild).
Always great green chili comfort food!
