I've been going here for DECADES and just recently I've noticed that all their original staff are GONE and since then their food, FRIENDLY SERVICE, and hours of operation have gone to shit. The food is horrible now, the new staff are so rude and it seems like theyre closed more than theyre open. It is so bad to the point that if me and my kiddos want Santiagos we drive ALL the way to Brighton! So disappointed!
Food wasn’t great at all. It was cold. Sloppy, nobody cares about anything anymore. I have never had lettuce inside of my smothered burrito.
Such amazing food. Honestly the atmosphere is only poor because the patrons are 50 percent rude. Nothing to do with the employees.
