Santiago's Is Good! This authentic Mexican restaurant is to die for! The atmosphere makes me feel like I'm right in Mexico on the beach! I will admit though, it is a little dirty inside.
Not Good Enough to be Pig Fodder. Pure Vomit! Really, I can't believe that this swill was voted Best Green Chile in Denver by Westword. Santiago's has either paid off the reviewer, or this person hasn't a credible palate. I have never, ever written a review, but this food was so putrid not only did it go in the trash after two bites, but I felt compelled to write in the hopes that someone will save their money and time and get their Verde somewhere else. Santiagos This place has the best burritos and green chili in Colorado! Their prices are amazingly low. A bean and carnitas burrito smothered in green chili costs $2.25! Their breakfast burritos are top notch.
Looking Forward to New Menu!!! Look for the new owner! Jorge of Efrain's is revamping the menu and if this is anything like his other restaurants... the food here will improve ten fold.

3 stars - although IP won't let me rate this place 3 I've heard friends pump this place for a couple years and so I decided to finally try out the joint for myself. Perhaps they built it up so much that I felt completely let down by their recommendations alone - but honestly, I didn't think the breakfast burrito's were all that.
