I have a 97 malibu that i had a 3.1 rebuilt new rings,new bearings new gasket set when i first got the car i heard a knocking they said to use 20-50 oil, then i called santiago and told them that the car had a miss in the engine i'm a machanic the engine seize in my drive way, so i took off the heads and what i found out when they put the heads on they screwed up the head gaskets putting the head I also had too get the head redone because the valves where leaking on the engine and cracked my platum intake manifold and won't ... read more

DO NOT GO THERE – one word, unprofessional, this clown dropped the engine block in front of me. He provided non OEM parts that are causing problems now. I went back to this so called business and he said that there is no warranty. I am stuck with lower intake manifold gasket leaking coolant and his bad workmanship has no warranty. I wouldnt recommend it to nobody and he got angry when i asked questions about the procedure of rebuilding my engine. I am serious about this.
