If I could give zero stars I would. Just had the worst experience with this doctor and was essentially told the office staff was too business to assist with facilitating a vaccination request. Going to the state web site for a simple form and printing it out was too much of a burden. The office staff looks to find ways to not help versus the other way around. Thankfully my primary went above and beyond and understands what patient care is about. Things may seem fine at this office until you have a need.
