I have been a patient of Dr. Santiago's for over 7 years. I appreciate his approach to medicine in that he treats the patient, not the numbers. He is very pragmatic in his advice and I highly recommend him.
Dr. Santiago is a caring, holistic doctor. He listens to your situation and recommends treatment accordingly. He is both personable and knowledgeable.
Very helpful and concerned about patient welfare. Explains well and ensures the patient understands options.
I have had numerous physicians over the years and Dr. Santiago is by far the best I've ever had. He takes the time to explain what is going on vs you simply being a number. He makes you feel that he cares about your health personally and always asks if you have any questions. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of a new physician!
Dr Santiago was our family MD for several years. Over the last year we he has become very rude and un helpful. Calls to office sit on hold for 10 mins plus most times. Seems like a lot of turnover in staff over past 2 years. Hope he finds his way but no way are we going back.
I have been going to him for over 5 years. I see him 2X year. Dr Santiago has become more and more condescending and very rude during routine check ups. I passed it off as him having a bad day but now I have expierenced his bad attitude and ruff bedside manner 3X in different months. They have a lot of turnover of staff. The front desk staff are extremely stressed and often rude. You can feel the tension everywhere. Please avoid this office. I have been a client of Baylor a long time. Shame.
Consistently late for appointments, over socializing and under diagnosing. He completely failed in diagnosing my condition which resulted in lengthy suffering and unnecessary delays and tests.
