Dr. Horgans actions and motives when i as his patient were only to bill for as much as possible. He scheduled test after test after test just to get the money. Eventually, I found out from his staff that the plan was to do as much testing as possible and then refer me to a surgeon with greater skill to treat me. Dr. Horgan is an excellent surgeon and his bedside matter is friendly and sometime humorous. He performed surgery on me and my wife as well at different times. we both highly recommend him.
Dr Horgan was amazing! He and his staff paid special attention to me because they knew I didn’t have family locally. I respect that he is a true scientist as well. I recommend him without hesitation!
Dr.Horgan is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. He doesn't listen to his patients. Doctors are suppose to listen to their patients. I pay him to do that. Everything he said he contracted himself. He couldn't answer my questions because he didn't listen. He kept interrupting me. Then accused me of being disrespectful to him.
