We had a great experience with Elizabeth. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, quickly responsive, and helped us adapt when issues outside any of our control made us have to quickly change gears. We were buying from out of state, so her communication and availability to check things out for us were really appreciated. She also flagged issues for us that we would never have noticed ourselves. All in all, Elizabeth went above and beyond and made a hugely stressful process much nicer to navigate. Highly recommend.
