I spoke with Louis and scheduled a showing for an apartment. I emailed the morning of to confirm as I was staying up after a 12 hour shift to see the unit. I showed up, as well as several others that he told could see the unit and he never showed up. He did not answer emails or phone calls. A complete waste of time and unprofessional. I understand that units go fast but one person said they confirmed the night before that he would be there and some sort of heads up would’ve been nice.

Santiago is fantastic to work with. I decided to sell my condo a couple months ago as I was no longer in Chicago. I met with him during a short trip back in the city and everything went smoothly from there. His knowledge of the city and connections with contractors/plumbers/etc really helped with getting my unit listed quickly and we received an offer in a short period of time.
