Using this great doctor and staff for over 30 years
As always, Dr. Bo and his office staff are absolutely amazing people. I have two sons that see him and they never dread going to the doctor. So definitely the best pick possible for us !
Dr Plurad has been AMAZING with both of my kids, he treats them like they’re his own, always answers any questions we have in a way that we can understand, never shuts our fears down, he’s hands down the best pediatrician!
Unfortunately, my experience with Terry at the front desk was disappointing. She came across as unprofessional and lacked the courtesy expected in a medical office setting. Her communication was neither polite nor helpful, and she did not seem well-informed or experienced in handling patient concerns or scheduling. A front desk staff member plays a critical role in patient experience, and in this case, it felt like a barrier rather than a support.
