Beware!!! Beware of a fat, middle-aged, white man, who drives a gray SUV type of car, and who tailgates you down Lincoln Avenue & gets mad at you for having your emergency lights on. Also, he will try to intimidate you by driving next to you & making faces & yelling at you. He wears a blue face mask when driving and black sunglasses. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a picture of him due to him speeding into this apartment complex.
