Dr. Santi is a very nice man, but the front desk/receptionist is horrible when it comes to customer service. When someone comes in, she does not acknowledge them and will let them stand until she feels she is ready to speak. Even if you are busy, you can greet the patients and let them know you will be with them as soon as possible. She really needs to prioritize her tasks and sharpen up when it comes to customer service. Dr lawrence santi was extremely rude and unprofessional he had a good laugh with his receptionist. At my expense I was so hurt and upset did not keep my appointment I would not reccomend him at all.
