I got my Shirodhara (Ayurvedic treatment) done at Santhi's Spa yesterday and I've had extremely pathetic experience. Shirodhara works on a person's nervous system and one of its central aims is to help reduce your stress levels. After the treatment and my dealings with the staff at Santhi's my stress levels have actually increased and I feel so agitated. This place is truly misusing the name of Ayurveda.
