the staff was hostile and inefficient I verified with my insurance both on-line and by phone the day before I schedule my appointment. I picked up my paperwork the day before. on the day of my appointment, the staff didn't check their book and went on assumption that I didn't have a appointment. finally, the staff check the computer and their was my appointment time. next thing, another staff member name Brittany gave me back my insurance verification paperwork. she stated the number doesn't work and out of order and quickly... read more
