I am so unhappy about my case, my attorney is no help at all his name is Joseph D. (Joe) Martinez. When I call him he never answers until he feels like it and sometimes he does even take my calls and has his assistant tell me to call later because he has too many cases at the moment. Why take my case if you're going to have too many cases to handle? He never bothers to answer my questions either so, I am going to take action and get a better attorney.
