My husband and I went to Santee Ford looking to trade in his F150 for a newer used F250 that we found online. Our salesman was attentive and assisted us with test driving and getting a work up of our trade in. After sitting down with our salesman to work numbers, the conversation was handed over to his "finance manager". Our questions were not answered and we felt as if he had dismissed us as not being able to afford the truck early on in the conversation. Took my wife's 2025 king ranch ford expedition in for a head light issue for the second time. They took it right in and after a short wait service manager informed me they were ordering a part for it. Great, call me when the part comes in. Go to get into the car it smells like some put a cigarette out in the car. Me nor my wife smoke!!Call over service manager and she tells me they smoke in the shop!! I can't believe this is allowed at a dealership. I hope this is looked into and corrected.
Excellent customer service! Smooth transaction process! Vehicles are priced lower than the Ford dealerships in the Charleston area.
