I have bought 4 vehicles from here already, so has my mom. I bought a vehicle from Gary (AMAZING salesman btw, he always gets me and my mom right) and I told Andre and so did my salesman that I didnt want an extended warranty on the vehicle I purchased which was a custom ordered 2026 Ford Mustang RTR. Andre (the sales manager) through it in there anyways and I did not sign the packet with the extended warranty NOR the GAP. The signature even looks similar to mine but its obvious that its not my handwriting on both documents.... read more

Janice Timmons does not respond to emails and will not answer any questions you ask in any of the emails. I have asked her many times but never get a response. Just a while new email "are you still looking" go to another dealership if you are looking for a Ford
